Mr. Alexandre is a director at I Squared Capital. He has extensive experience in infrastructure investments, having worked at J.P. Morgan, Pátria Investimentos, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and TAG. Mr. Atallah holds a degree in business administration from FGV.

Mr. Britaldo Soares is a metallurgical engineer with a degree from UFMG, and postgraduate degrees from Fundação Dom Cabral and Darden School of Business (University of Virginia). He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABRADEE and holds prominent positions on the boards of directors and strategic committees of large companies in the energy, pulp and paper, and financial sectors, such as Enel, Atiaia Renováveis, Copersucar, and Frigol. With extensive experience as CEO and CFO at organizations such as Grupo AES, Enron, and Citigroup, he has led initiatives in corporate finance and executive management. Recognized for his professional excellence, he has received the “O Equilibrista” (IBEF SP, 2007) and “Executivo de Valor” (Valor Econômico, 2008) awards.

Mr. Maurizio is Vice President at I Squared Capital. He has worked at Citi, Nexus Group and Credit Suisse, with extensive knowledge in investment banking and private equity. Mr. Arbulu holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidad del Pacífico and a master’s degree in management from TBS in Barcelona, Spain.

Mr. Collier holds a Master in Biochemical Engineering from KULeuven, Belgium  with an MBA from Insead (France/Singapore). He has served as General Manager of Amyris Brasil, serves as Strategy Consultant at BCG and as Director of TPG ART. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors of Solinftec, Ambar and Regen Holdings (UK). Currently, Mr. Collier is a Managing partner of Circularis Capital Partners.

Ms. Reddy is a Managing Director at Augment Infrastructure and has 15 years of infrastructure investing and finance experience. Previously, she was a member of the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund, a US$1.2 billion fund managed by IFC Asset Management Company (AMC), a trader, and an investment banker. Suhitha has an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from MIT

Mr. Tim has extensive experience in global infrastructure investments, especially in Latin America. Tim began his career at Deloitte, with stints at PwC, Brookfiel Asset, CPP Investment and IMCO in Ontario, Canada. Tim is currently a managing director at I Squared Capital. Mr. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Acadia University and a CFA.

Mr. Kats is a Managing Partner of Augment Infrastructure. He has 20+ years of investing in infrastructure globally. Prior to co-founding Augment in 2019, Viktor was a Co-head of a US$1.2 billion IFC Global Infrastructure Fund. Viktor’s earlier career involved jobs in project finance and private equity. Viktor has MBA from INSEAD (France) and MSc in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Electronics (Russia)

Mr. Martin has 25 years of experience in management consulting, focusing on governance, strategy, organizational development and process improvement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mauá Engineering School and an Executive MBA from FEA-USP and Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Guillermo Oscar Braunbeck is an economist, accountant and doctor in controllership and accounting. Fiscal Council Member and Member of Audit Committees, including as coordinator. Solid experience built as an external auditor, internal auditor, risk manager and advisor in M&A operations. Reviewer and expert in Accounting, Auditing and Finance. College professor. Voting member of the Accounting Pronouncements Committee (CPC) for 7 years.

Mrs. Patricia Bentes has over 30 years of experience as an executive, auditor and entrepreneur in multinational corporations, family businesses and startups. She has extensive experience in corporate credit risk, business plan development, team building, corporate governance implementation, fundraising, structured transactions and operations management. At Citigroup, she participated in privatization auctions in the 1990s using privatization coins for debt swaps. She set up and managed the unit responsible for preparing sectoral studies and risk analyzes involving debt and capital for publicly traded companies in Brazil, Chile and Argentina. For five years, she was Vice President of Citigroup in New York when she structured fundraising operations for multinational companies distributed in the American capital markets of Medium-Term Notes (MTNs) and Asset-Backed Commercial Paper (ABCPs). Earlier in her career, she was an Auditor for Latin America at Gillette and an Auditor at PwC. Mrs. Bentes holds a degree in Business Administration from UFRJ, and a Master’s in Finance and Marketing from USP.

Ms. Cristina Penteado holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a degree in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo. Ms. Cristina is General Manager and Head of Brazil at Blue as an Orange Sustainable Capital – BlaO. Cristina has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, mezzanine, and investment banking, as well as strategic planning and M&A in the corporate market.

Ms. Natalia is Investment Director at the Danish Investment Fund for Developing Countries IFU, Copenhagen, Denmark. Responsible for project sourcing, negotiation and active ownership including board positions in IFU investee companies. Has 25+ years’ experience in emerging markets, investing directly at project level as well as though funds and platforms. With transaction-based experience in renewables, manufacturing and food-processing projects in MENA, Sub Saharan Africa and Latin America, currently focuses on green energy and infrastructure projects, with core competencies including ESG, compliance, corporate governance, commercial and financial due diligence and project finance. Holds M.A. in International Business Economics from Aalborg University Denmark and MA from Warsaw University, Poland.

Mr. Vitor is a Sr. Associate at I Squared Capital. He began his career at BNP Paribas in the investment banking sector. At Prisma Capital, he worked as an investment associate. Mr. Cunha holds a degree in business administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation.

Mr. Surya has an MBA from Harvard Business School and started his career at McKinsey in addition to having worked for 14 years at Telefônica Vivo, where he developed his career managing different business units in Brazil, Latin America and Europe, including acting as Vice President of B2B on Vivo. Mr. Surya joined Órigo in December 2016 with the aim of accelerating Órigo’s growth.

Ms. Adriana has over 20 years of experience in leading B2B/B2C commercial teams – SMEs, Large Enterprises, and Government. She has a solid career marked by significant achievements in technological transition markets within large multinational companies in the Telecom and Energy sectors. She is skilled in developing commercial strategies and tactical plans aimed at boosting results, increasing revenue, and expanding market share. Ms. Adriana Marinho holds a degree in Social Communication from PUC Campinas, an MBA in Commercial Competencies from Fundação Dom Cabral, and training and development of board members from Board Academy.

Mr. Eduardo has a solid rising career at large corporations offering 22+ years of experience with repeated success in Finance, M&A, fund raising, strategic planning, debt, capital markets, treasury, liquidity management, investing and hedging. Mr. Eduardo holds a degree in International Business from Universidade Metodista SP and MBA from IBMEC.

Mr. Marcus has more than 23 years of career built in the Energy and Commercial Solutions segments, working in large multinational and national companies such as Grupo ENEL, LIGHT Serviços de Eletricidade and Grupo Equatorial. Mr. Marcus has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Gama Filho.
